User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with MCAS applications and developer integrations (including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X), as required by platform app settings for User data deletion.

1. What we may hold
Depending on which features you used, we may store:
- Platform identifiers (for example Instagram professional user id, Facebook Page id, open_id).
- OAuth access or refresh tokens needed to operate publishing you authorized.
- Content packages, captions, media URLs, and publish logs created by the Services.
- Basic technical logs (IP, timestamps, error codes) for security and reliability.
2. How to request deletion
- Email dkcrypto520@gmail.com with subject line Data deletion request.
- Include: the email or name associated with your request, the platform app (e.g. Meta / Instagram), and any account identifiers you know (Instagram handle, Page name, user id).
- Optionally revoke app access yourself first in the platform’s settings (Facebook → Settings → Business integrations / Apps and websites; Instagram Professional settings).
3. What we do after a request
- Confirm receipt within a reasonable period (usually within 7 days).
- Delete or irreversibly de-identify personal data we control that is no longer needed to operate the Services or meet legal obligations.
- Remove or invalidate OAuth tokens we store for your connection where applicable.
- Retain only what law or security requires for a limited period (for example fraud/security logs).
Content already published to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or X is controlled by those platforms. Delete that content in the native apps if you also want it removed from the platform.
4. Meta / Instagram-specific note
If you connected a Meta app operated by MCAS and want all related personal data removed from our systems, use the email process above. You may also remove the app’s access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings at any time; that stops further API access from your side.
